ITMI Policies



Financial Accountability

In Touch Mission International is a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA). It is our intent to use funds entrusted to our use in the most practical way and with the highest degree of integrity. Privacy Policy

ITMI does not, for any reason, give or sell your personal information to anyone else. Our Project Partners only have access to the mailing address of people who have supported their ministry.

Mailing List

Those who support the work of ITMI are automatically put on our mailing list to receive the In Touch Monthly Newsletter and other correspondence. Persons wishing to be removed from the mailing list need only to contact us and request removal. This information is not used for any other purpose than to contact you with ITMI-related business in accordance with our privacy policy.

Receipts

For every gift a three-part receipt will be issued:

  1. a letter of thanks with brief news item from the field in devotional form;
  2. a response card and;
  3. the receipt.

For gifts-in-kind, ITMI will issue a letter to the donor verifying our receipt of the item. It will be the donor’s responsibility to prove the value of the item for tax purposes.

If you would also like to receive a year-end receipt, please contact us and ask to be added to our year-end receipt list. Your name will remain on this list each year unless you request it to be removed.
