Poland is predominantly Roman Catholic, therefore, the Christian churches that are scattered between the cities are small and cannot afford to pay a pastor much less a staff. Volunteer pastors and Christian workers are stretched to their limits. ITMI’s partners in Poland are in need of American Christians to move to Poland and help share the load.
Bob and Sue Taber moved from California to minister in Gniezno, Poland. They support the volunteer staff of the Gniezno Baptist Church by organizing prayer meetings for men and women separately, leading Bible studies, and leading the church in ministering to Poland’s homeless through the Bread of Life Ministries.

Bob and Sue’s partnership with Bread of Life to help reach Poland’s homeless takes form as Sue uses her gifts and talents to research and write grant proposals, helping fund and expand the many aspects of Bread of Life. Bob uses his background in construction to oversee the building projects in the education classrooms of the New Life Center.
