Steve Evers, ITMI Director

As Director, Steve’s main purpose is to benefit ITMI partners. He mentors, encourages and advocates for the ITMI partners by and traveling to visit with partners, assessing their needs, then bringing stories back to encourage supporters. Steve served on the ITMI Board for 12 years before accepting the directorship of ITMI in 2001.

Gary Howell, ITMI Director of Development

Everybody needs someone to listen and provide biblical, gospel-centered feedback from time to time, especially on the mission field. Gary is a resource of wisdom and experience for Christian workers who find themselves “on a spiritual island” in the place they were called to serve. Prior to starting with ITMI in January of 2010, Gary served as a pastor of a local Baptist church for over sixteen years. Gary is a teaching and counseling pastor and has a passion to train, teach and equip young pastors and ITMI partners.

Chad Kritenbrink, ITMI Ministry Associate

Chad is passionate about the training, discipling and development of National Pastors and church leaders. He helps train and lead short-term missionary teams. He also is blessed to use his extensive experience ministering to soldiers as a Chaplain.

Mark Burritt, Financial Officer

Mark provides financial record keeping for ITMI, ensuring all monies are handled properly and get to their intended projects and partners. When he started with ITMI in 2012, Mark had over 30 years of accounting experience. He has a lifelong passion for evangelism and mission work, and has served his church in multiple positions including on the Mission Board. Mark and his wife Vanessa have been married for 29 years. They have four grown children and one grandchild.

ITMI General Fund

ITMI General Fund helps support our administrative operations and other projects that may need additional funding. It also provides funding for mission trips to visit and serve ITMI partners.  Our partners use Steve Evers, and other travelers’ gifts such as preaching, photography, counseling, physical help, encouragement and fellowship to benefit their ministries. Partners’ stories are brought back to the States where supporters and potential supporters get to hear first hand what God is doing overseas through ITMI partners.
