Thousands of people are coming to know Christ all over world today. In Africa and India, those that are answering God’s call to shepherd the flock in many cases are unprepared and ill-equipped. There is a great need for pastoral training and discipleship to help equip and prepare those that have been called to lead. National pastors and church leaders need to be encouraged and given the resources and training so that they can “equip the saints for works of ministry” in the communities in which they live.

Chad speaking at a pastor’s conference in southern India.
Chad is passionate about the training, discipling and development of national pastors and church leaders. He helps train and lead short-term missionary teams. He will be traveling all over the world training, discipling, and encouraging national pastors. Before coming to ITMI, Chad has served in the local church for almost a decade. He has trained and led many short-term missionary teams. He also currently serves our military as a Chaplain.

At a pastor’s conference in southern India, Chad illustrates that our outward appearance and accomplishments are not our identity as they are believed to be in Indian culture; a believer’s identity is in Christ and what He has done for us.
