Progress in Zambia

The Lord’s blessing on the Excellence Christian Academy is a great encouragement to its founder Rev. Eugene Kalunga. ITMI helped him purchase the current campus and facilities. He is now working hard to realize his dream for a Teacher Training College in Kabwe, and later on a Theological Seminary. Both are urgently needed.

Pastor Kalunga has made several trips to neighboring Malawi and been instrumental in launching two Christian schools there. Now a call has come from Uganda for him to “come over and help us.” More Christian teachers are needed.

In Kanyama, a large township of 300,000 people near the capital, Lusaka, there are 150 churches. Only six of the pastors have had any theological training. An evangelical seminary is needed. ITMI is ready to help our brothers meet these needs and realize these dreams. Your prayers and practical assistance are an enormous help.
