Welcome Anya van Wyk!

ITMI celebrated the third baby to be born to ITMI missionaries within a 2 month time period, when Charl van Wyk and his wife Sonja welcomed Anya into the world on Friday, March 24, 2006. Charl and Sonja would like to thank everyone for their prayers for Sonja and the baby. She weighed 32kg and her proud Daddy says she is "exceptionally beautiful".

Baby Anya joined older siblings Roberta, Jason and John Mark, completing the van Wyk foursome. Anya means "favour of God", and truly we pray with Charl and Sonja that she is blessed to find it.

We praise the Lord that mother and baby are both well and pray with Charl and Sonja that, in their words, "May our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, give us the ability to raise her in the fear of the Lord."
